A fan version of the plugin used in the popular Russian north MineShield, which will allow you to teleport through the bases in the form of a "Camera" through the bases, looking at them, and then teleporting through the bases once every 1 minute.
Commands:
/starttour - Start a tour.
/stoptour - End a tour.
/savebase - Save a base to config.
Permissions:
