/startblocks: Starts the random block distribution.

Permissions

blockstorm.receive: Allows players to receive random blocks.
blockstorm.stop: Allows players to receive random blocks.
blockstorm.start: Allows players to receive random blocks.

Configuration

Easily configure the plugin by editing the `config.yml` file:

block_interval: Set the interval (in seconds) for block distribution.
welcome_message: Customize the welcome message displayed to players upon joining.
random_block_message: Personalize the message sent to all players when someone receives a random block.
enable_bossbar: Enable or disable the BossBar feature.
bossbar_color: Set the color of the BossBar or use " RAINBOW" for cycling colors.
color_change_interval: Set the interval (in ticks) for the BossBar color change when " RAINBOW" is enabled.
block_blacklist: List the blocks to be excluded from random distribution.
