Region Blocker allows you to choose countries that you wish to block from your minecraft server and ip-bans players from that country if they attempt to join.
Configuration:
To block a country add the 2 digit country code in the config.yml generated upon server start.

- download the jar file
- Place in plugins folder on your server
- restart server
- edit config.yml generated by plugin
