The plugin was made in such a way that no blocks are broken, i.e. the boxes spawn without damage to the world or destruction of other players' buildings
You can change pretty much anything in the config should there be anything you want to change, please let me know
The crates spawn all over the world, but always within the border
You can easily add items to the crates yourself
Commands:
/rc - Start spawning crates around the world
Permission:
rc.finish - Give the player a message that the crates have all spawned
rc.spawn - Allows the crates to spawn randomly
