COMMANDS:
/hm --- Get info about the current version.
/healthmanager gui / menu --- Access the easy to use GUI
/healthmanager regen / regenerate / heal --- Heal all players with maxed regeneration for 5 seconds.
/healthmanager 1-36 100 --- tools for using command side of health configuration. All which is accessible in the gui.
