StarChat is a simple plugin for managing server chat. It can be as simple as a chat formatter or as complex as to use it for many different channels and rooms.

As of StarChat v0.1.4, it no longer requires StarCore. Very little was actually used from StarCore and some efforts to separate the utilities in StarCore has been made

Version Information
This plugin is a work in progress and very unstable. I am constantly adding, changing and removing things within this library. This is based on need in my other projects, of which are also works in progress and constantly changing and evolving. I expect things to stabilize as time goes on.
