Limit the amount of Pets the player can select.

How to use:
Assign the permission maxpets.[amount] to the player and he won't be able to select more than [amount] pets. Example: maxpets.2 won't allow the player to select 3 pets.

Limitations:
The max amount is currently limited to 10.
Setting a max amount of selectable pets doesn't allow to bypass HPET pets select restrictions, by default HPET allows only one pet per pets.yml defined group. This means that in order to allow the player to select multiple pets at once you will have to assign different groups to pets
