allow members of your server to colorize their chats with legacy color codes
you can find their codes at
https://minecraft.tools/en/color-code.php
simply prefix them with an & and the color code to colorize it!
for example if i wanted to say " Hello World!"
i would send this to chat "&b&lHello &6&lWorld!" and so on!
