Potion Cooldown - allows you to add a cooldown system for the use of any potions on your server, no matter if it is an RPG or not, this plugin
will fit any of your builds!

• A system that adds a cooldown to the use of any potions, custom or regular!
• The cooldown time and message text can be edited in the config.
• Message about cooldown in chat
