No config file, easy to use via permissions!

Player backpacks save as <UUID>.yml
in the backpacks subdirectory of plugin!

Installation:
  1. Drag and drop jar file into your plugins directory.
  2. Restart server.
  3. Assign permissions to players/groups.
  4. Use /bp command.
  5. Profit $
