Commands:
- /setjail - Set location of jail
- /jail [player] [time] - send player to jail
- /unjail [player] - send player out from jail

player on jail can't do command.
if player leave the server and came back he will automaticly teleport to jail
if player kill 4 player in 4 minutes he will automaticly teleport to jail (you cant delete this)
