DESCRIPTIONS
Players can only apply for admin once if admins dont give them another chanse by setting their attempt data to none using /adminapplications.
Admins and Operators cannot apply for admin.


COMMANDS
/applyadmin - Lets only the players that are not applied for admin apply for an admin
/resetapplications <player> - ADMIN COMMAND, resets particular player's attempts to 0 so they can apply for admin again 1 more time
/adminapplications - Tracker for how many players have been applied for admin, executable by everyone

applications.admin - For admins only.
