Create new, fully customizable foods from player heads

Commands:
/foodx main
Open a UI with all the plugin utilities.
Permission: foodx.main

/foodx editor
Open a UI with all the Foods Created
and if you click on them you can edit it.
Permission: foodx.editor
​
/foodx give <foodId> <Player> <Amount>
Give foodId to selected Player.
Permission: foodx.give
​
/foodx list
Open a UI with all the foods. With left click
you get one.
Permission: foodx.give​
