I'm a new plugin developer and this is my first public plugin.
I hope there aren't any issues with it, but if there are please let me know.

This Plugin adds one 'item'. This is the multitool. If you try to break any block it will automatically switch to the best tool for breaking this block (pickaxe, shovel, axe or shear). It will keep all enchantments and other attributes.
The items are on netherite level (except the shear).
