StaffGUI is a sleek, fully configurable GUI-based staff management tool that allows both players and staff to view which staff members are currently online — all from a modern, intuitive interface.

Staff members are displayed as player heads within the menu, showing their name, rank, and real-time online or vanished status. Want to reach out to a staff member? Simply click their head in the GUI to be instantly prompted to send them a private message, streamlining communication and support.

StaffGUI seamlessly integrates with PremiumVanish, SuperVanish, and Essentials, ensuring vanished staff appear offline to preserve discretion and immersion.

/staff - Opens the staff gui.
/staff reloadconfig - Reloads the config.yml
/staff add <player> <rank> - Add members to the staff list.
/staff remove <player> - Remove members from the staff list.

1. Download the staffgui.jar
2. Place the staffgui.jar into your servers plugin folder
3. Restart your server!​

1. Open the chat.​

• Type the command: /staff add <player> <rank> replacing <player> with the staff member's username and <rank> with their rank.​

Example: /staff add JohnDoe Moderator​

• Press Enter to execute the command.​

You should receive a confirmation message indicating that the staff member has been added successfully.

Step 2: Open the Staff GUI​

• Open the chat.​
• Type the command: /staff​
• Press Enter to execute the command.​

​

This command should open a GUI (Graphical User Interface) displaying the added staff members.

Step 3: View and Message Staff Members​

• After using the /staff command, a GUI will appear with the list of added staff members.​
• Each staff member's information will be represented by a skull icon or similar.​
• To view details or message a staff member, hover / click on their respective skull icon in the GUI.​

A messaging interface or chat window will open, allowing you to communicate directly with the selected staff member.
