SimpleTags is a plugin that allows you to use custom tags in chat.

SimpleTags is a plugin that allows you to use custom tags in chat.

NBTAPI is required to use this plugin.

Fully customizable, meaning you can change the messages and settings of the plugin inside the configuration files.
Light and efficient, won't cause any sort of lag towards your server!
MySQL/MariaDB/SQLite Database Support.
Hex/RGB Color Support

Rainbow: <rainbow:0.1-1.0> (Opacity/Brightness number)

Note: This plugin does not and will never give support to cracked servers.

Player Commands

/tags - Opens the tags menu.
/tags help - Shows available commands.
/tags list - Shows available tags. (simpletags.command.list)
/tags set <identifier> - Allows you to manually set your tag. (simpletags.command.set)

Admin Commands

/tags create <identifier> <name> <prefix> - Allows you to create tags in-game. (simpletags.command.create)
/tags delete <identifier> - Allows you to delete tags in-game. (simpletags.command.delete)
/tags edit <identifier> <prefix> - Allows you to change the prefix of any tag. (simpletags.command.edit)
/tags set <identifier> [player] - Allows you to manually set other players tags. (simpletags.command.set.other)
/tags reload - Allows you to reload the config files. (simpletags.command.reload)
/tags version - Shows some plugin information. (simpletags.command.version)

simpletags.tag.<indentifier> or simpletags.tag.* for tag permissions

Placeholders

%player% - Get the player name
%displayname% - Get the player display name
%arrowright% - Get an arrow for a message
%arrowleft% - Get an arrow for a message
%star% - Get a star for a message
%circle% - Get a circle for a message
%identifier% - Get your currently equipped tag identifier
%tag-name% - Shows your currently equipped tag
%tag-prefix% - Get the prefix of your equipped tag

%simpletags_tag-name% / %simpletags_identifier% - Shows the name of your equipped tag
%simpletags_tag-raw% - Shows the tag prefix untranslated so that chat plugins can handle the translation themselves

Install
1. Download plugin
2. Place the .jar file in your plugins folder
3. Restart your server
4. Enjoy!
Note: This plugin doesn't support PlugMan/Server reloading or similar plugins.
