Features:
PluginScanner - scans the plugin for the backdoor.
Disinfector - removes the backdoor from the plugin (Beta)
Disable Infected plugins from config

Commands:
/AntiEctasy scan <Plugin> - to scan a plugin
/AntiEctasy support - for support
/AntiEctasy disinfect <Plugin> - doesnt work yet, disabled till fully works
