GravityAnchor is an intuitive plugin that allows players' ability to jump to be easily switched on or off via a special 'jump boost' potion effect. When activated, players lose their jumping capability.

Features:
1. Jumping states for players are automatically saved and reapplied after server restarts and player re-logins.
2. The plugin makes sure that the applied changes do not interfere with taking normal fall damage.

Commands:
/togglejump: Switches the jump ability for the player executing the command.
/togglejump <player>: Toggles jump for a specified player.

Permissions:
gravityanchor.togglejump.self: Allows players to toggle their own jump.
gravityanchor.togglejump.others: Grants the ability to toggle other players' jump.

Note: If a player already has an active jump potion effect from anywhere else, using this plugin will override it.
