COOLDOWN : 5 #How often they can use it in a row
PERMISSIONS:
USE : 'xoitem.use' #Made to use the feature
BYPASS : 'xoitem.bypass' #Made for bypassing the limit and shit
NO-PERMISSION :
- '&c&l [! ] &cYou do not have access to &4 [item ]&c!'
ON-COOLDOWN :
- '&e&l [! ] &eYou may not share your item for another &7 %cooldown% &eseconds.'
