Powered Spawners allows players to run mob spawners without AFKing (provided the chunk is loaded) by feeding them fuel.

By default, if you shift right click a spawner with a diamond it will be converted into a power spawner. By right clicking the spawner you can open its GUI where it displays what mob it will be spawning, the fuel and fuel remaining and the progress of the current spawn.




Powered Spawners ignore spawning requirements of normal spawners except the requirement related to mobs around the spawener, if there are too many mobs around it will fail to spawn, and start its delay over without consuming any fuel.

Permissions

To convert a spawner a player must have the poweredspawner.convert permission.


CONFIG

You can control how fast the spawner spawns in the config using the SpawnerWaitTime field which is in SpawnerTicks.

Spawner ticks by default happen once per game tick. This is also configurable using the SpawnerTickSpeed field, which is how many game times between SpawnerTicks.

SpawnCost is how much each spawn costs in fuel. This number is based off the cost of smelting single item. (Its based off the tick number on Minecraft wiki)

ConvertItem is what item is used for converting the spawner to a Powered Spawner.
