WHY DOES IT REQUIRES BLOBLIB?
Development is not made in a matter of "a few minutes". You could figure at the time of people offering their services, listing their prices HOURLY. I made BlobLib in order to save development time. NO QUICK INSTALL
It's a port of the well-known car robbing, casino, California videogame franchise's multiplayer properties. It allows you server owners to have a structure being sold multiple times to different owners while these would never meet inside unless they invite each other to step in.
These are not just cosmetic, properties are meant to be storage holders through containers (any block may be a container but you manually need to set it through a wand of that specific property). So players can store their stuff in their own/virtual property and never see each other if there's a player at their same "physical" space storing some items.
As I said it also supports players running parties, which lets other players join their "session/view/virtual property" and see each other in-game.

/properties home (opens a GUI that allows either teleporting or selling properties)
/properties party invite <player> (will either create a new party if not inside one or invite it if belonging to one and being leader)
/properties party visit <player> (will join player's party if was previously invited and invitation has not expired yet. Clicking on invitation message on chat will trigger this command)
/properties party kick <player> (will kick said player from party)
/properties party leave (all players, will leave current party if not the party leader)
/properties party disband (will disband the party if being the case of being the party leader)
