Nerfed Elytra disables elytras for a specified cooldown upon taking damage from any source.

Disabling the elytra is done by replacing it with a damaged version which cannot be taken off. This means no glitchy behaviour and 100% reliability.

The cooldown is displayed in chat and an audible sound is played whenever the elytra gets disabled. The same applies when it gets enabled again.

Sound, chat feedback, cooldown and the plugin itself can be modified or turned on and off with these commands:

/nerfedelytra chatfeedback <true/false>
/nerfedelytra enable
/nerfedelytra disable
/nerfedelytra playsounds <true/false>
/nerfedelytra setcooldown <seconds>

All changes need operator permissions and affect every player on the server.
