Adds apparition inspired by the Harry Potter universe to Minecraft

This plugin adds Apparition inspired by the Harry Potter universe to Minecraft.

Features:

Apparate to specific coordinates using /ap coords or /ap c
Apparate to an Essentials home using /ap home or /ap h
Apparate to the block you're looking at using /ap jump or /ap j
Side-along apparition: Include -s anywhere in your command to apparate along with players next to you (the radius can be changed in the config).
Unsupported flight with a constant particle effect, similar to what the Death Eaters and Aurors could do in the movies using /ap flight or /ap f. Supports side-along (similar to how the Death Eaters captured members of Dumbledore's Army). Left-click a player to capture them during the flight. Right-click the ground to end the flight.
Per-player particle effects: When Apparating, a particle effect is displayed at the initial location and the destination. The particle type can be customized on a per-player basis using /ap setparticle.
Heavily customizable: In the config file you can change settings like the side-along apparition radius, the particle type blacklist or whitelist, and all of the plugin's messages.
