Commands:

/ae - Open effects menu
/ae <effect> - Select effect
/ae clear - Clear effect
/ae reload - Reload config

Permissions:

creeperarroweffects.cmd - Perm for use /ae
creeperarroweffects.reload - Perm for use /ae reload
creeperarroweffects.effect.<effect> - Perm for use <effect> effect (effect name in permission = effect name in config.yml)
