Allows you to disable the use of fireworks to boost, depending on different conditions.

Permission "elytraboost.bypass" allows you to always use elytra.

Besides that, by default elytra boosting is disabled in all worlds.
The config can allow you to either disallow for all worlds, specifically allow for some worlds, or specifically disallow for some worlds. Essentially a whitelist/blacklist system is also possible, based on world name.

There is also a reload command to reload the config, which requires "elytraboost.reload" permission.
