This is a very lightweight and simple plugin. It was made to be used for World/Sever Event purposes. It is fully functional and in it's early stages but many more features are planned!

GUI allows you to enable/disable:

• Crop growth including with bonemeal
• Animal Breeding
• Grass spreading and growing on dirt
• Food and Potions only being half as effective as normal, including food saturation.
• Enable/Disable Catching Fish - Other items on loottables still fishable.
