This is a very
simple and lightweight Message Plugin for older legacy Minecraft Versions. There are no Permissions or anything like that.
Commands:
/msg <player> <message>
I made this plugin because I wanted a /msg plugin for my own server and decided to release it if someone else also needs this.
Installation Guide:
1) Download the plugin.
2) Upload it into your plugins folder of your 1.8-1.12 Spigot Server.
3) Restart or Reload your server.
4) Try /msg <player> <message>
