/rtp should be easy

1 year after https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/prortp.104620/, here is the optimized version !

(I dropped Minecraft 1.0 for Minecraft 1.1 lol)

Better than ProRTP because :
- Lightweight : 4.9KB → 3.65KB
- Optimized : No more falling TPS !
- Compatibility : EzRTP is compatible from 1.1 to the latest Minecraft version !
