"/border help": Displays plugin information and help.
"/border list": Displays list of worlds and borders.
"/border set <world> <size>": Sets a world border
"/border set <world> <size> [centerX] [centerZ]": Sets a world border with optional center coordinates.
"/border delete <world>": Deletes the world border for a specific world.
"/border reload": Reloads the WorldBorder plugin.

"worldborder.*": Grants complete access to the plugin.
"worldborder.help": Allows to display the help of WorldBorder
"worldborder.list": Allows to display the list of worlds and borders
"worldborder.set": Allows setting world borders.
"worldborder.remove": Allows deleting world borders. "worldborder.reload": Allows reloading the WorldBorder plugin.
