Pozoj's Silk Touch Spawners Datapack


This datapack adds a highly sought-after feature to Minecraft - the ability to mine spawners using a pickaxe enchanted with Silk Touch. With this datapack installed, you'll be able to carefully extract spawners from their locations and relocate them to new areas.

But that's not all - the spawner will retain its spawn data when placed, allowing you to preserve the specific mob type that it spawns. This opens up a whole new world of possibilities for custom mob farms and unique gameplay experiences.

This datapack is compatible with worldgen datapacks and works seamlessly on Paper/Spigot servers.


Requirements:

• Minecraft Java Edition 1.17-1.20.2

Installation:

Singleplayer

1. Open Minecraft
2. Create a new world and click on "Data Packs"
3. Drag the data pack into the Minecraft window
4. Click "Yes" on the confirmation screen
5. Move the data pack to the right-hand side of the screen by clicking the triangle on its icon
6. Click "Done" and continue creating your world, then click on "Create New World"

Multiplayer

1. Download the data pack
2. Open your server folder, then open the folder of the world
3. Put the data pack into a folder named datapacks
4. Restart your server and you can use your new datapack.
