Adds new custom tridents!

This is a plugin adds 4 new spears that have special abilities and effects, as well as a new craftable scrolls that can be applied to tridents to get these custom spears!

/spears - Opens the main spears GUI

/getspear (Type) - Gives you the specified spear (opcommands)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
/getscroll (Type) - Gives you a scroll of the specified type (opcommands)

spears.spearsgui - Allows for the usage of /spears

spears.opcommands - Allows for the usage of /getspear and /getscroll

Levitation - Gives the entity you attacked levitation!

Explosive - Creates an explosion on impact!

Harpoon - Launches the attacked enemy towards you!

Fish - Gives you dolphin's grace and water breathing while holding!
