Plugin function: Quickly generate map drawings in the server, support custom length and width, and can be permanently saved (still exists after restarting)


Usage：
/getimage <url> [length] [width]


The configuration file includes length and width limits, generation cooling, and load timeout (which can be viewed in config.yml after the first plugin load)
