Adds a /duel and /duelaccept and more commands
Commands:
/duel (player) - lets you start a duel
/acceptduel - lets you accept another players duel
/setduelpos (1/2) - admin command that lets you set the dual pos
Permissions:
betterduels.duelpos - lets you set the dual pos
Config settings:
prefix - lets you change the start of every command
items - lets you change the items
position1 - lets you change position1
position2 - lets you change position2
