Noteblock Music for 1.19

THIS PLUGIN DEPENDS ON NOTEBLOCK API


Noteblock Music+ provides the ability to listen to music from any .nbs file (NoteBlockStudio). The system is user-based so only one user will hear music at a time. Provided below are some songs to get you started!

Functionality:
Playing song by name
Pausing songs
Skipping songs
Queing random songs
Restarting songs
getting songname
raising/lowering volume
listing all files
Having multiple user only playlists

All the functionality can be used from the GUI

This plugin depends on the Noteblock API plugin:

Without this installed the plugin WILL NOT START!

I'm aware that there might be some glitches / bugs, so please report when finding one.
