This is a custom recipe and item plugin that adds powered items to you r minecraft server. You don't need any libraries and currently it has no config but next updates will include it.

Axe of Zeus:
This axe has a %20 chance of spawning a lightning


Vampire Tear:
It's a off hand item that can steal blood from your enemies. It regens your health by 1/3 of the damage you give.
