BlockEditor lets you edit the blocks you are looking at using commands. This can be very useful in spectator mode.

Commands and permissions
/addblock <material> (blockeditor.addblock) (Alias: /ab)
/replaceblock <material> (blockeditor.replaceblock) (Alias: /rb)
/deleteblock (blockeditor.deleteblock) (Alias: /db)

Available material: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/bukkit/org/bukkit/Material.html (not every material is guaranteed to be compatible)

Compatibility
This plugin is compatible with Geyser and Floodgate.
This plugin was created and tested for version 1.19.4, but should also work with older versions.
