This plugin will prevent you from using a bow too frequently. Specifically, when you shoot arrows from a bow, for example, if you shoot 3 arrows from a bow (this can be changed in the config), a delay of 1.5 seconds is imposed (this can be changed in the config), and then you can use your bow again. That's how it works.

1. Download the plugin.
2. Stop your server.
3. Move the .jar file to the /plugins/ folder of your server.
