Older blast mining plugins made TNT give 100% yield. This is no longer necessary, since TNT gives 100% yield.
However, TNT destroys dropped items in the base game. With this plugin:

• Explosions drop 100% of the blocks they break.
• Explosions no longer destroy dropped items.

This applies to TNT, beds, end crystals, creeper explosions, respawn anchors and ghast explosions, among others.
