Commands
The RobotEffect plugin provides a simple and easy-to-use command system for granting, removing, and managing effects for your players. Here are the available commands:

1. /roboteffect [effect name] [<target>] - Activate or deactivate an effect for the player issuing the command or for the target if implied.
2. /roboteffect reload - Reloads the plugin configuration so that any changes you have made take effect.

Permissions
The following permission nodes are available:

1. roboteffect.command.reload - Allows players to reload the plugin configuration using the "/re reload" command.
2. roboteffect.command.others - Allows use of the /roboteffect <effect> <player> command.
3. roboteffect.effect.* - Grants access to all available effects.
4. roboteffect.effect.[effect name] - Grants access to a specific effect. Replace "[effect name]" with the ID of the effect you wish to grant access to.

Installation Instructions
To install the RobotEffect plugin, simply download the plugin file and place it in your server's plugins folder. Restart your server, and you're good to go!

Usage Instructions
Once the plugin is installed, you can easily use it to give permanent effects to your players. The extensive API allows for more advanced customization to suit your server!
