A simple plugin that allows admins to enable/disable elytra flying through a simple command. The plugin is easy to install, just put it in your spigot plugin folder and start/restart/reload the server!
Usage:
/elytra on/enable to enable elytra flying
/elytra off/disable to disable elytra flying
