You can give a coloured name to an item via the anvil using colour codes

You can put a description of the item through a special command, in order to use the command you need to have at least level 2
To change the colour of text you need to use colour codes, a list of them can be found here: https://htmlcolorcodes.com/minecraft-color-codes/



Command:
/lore <text> - add a description to the item (the description will be added to the item in your hand)
/ItemConfig reload - reload the plugin


Permissions:
Command /lore - ItemConfig.commandLore
Command /ItemConfig reload - ItemConfig.reload
No level will be removed when using /lore if there is this permission - ItemConfig.noLvl
The right to put a coloured name on an object through the anvil - ItemConfig.name
