Adds two type coal to Minecraft for ItemsAdder

Adds lignite and anthracite;
Realistic combustion temperature (lignite is worse than regular coal) and anthracite is better;
Balanced generation in the world
The right designer colors

In the future I will add all types of charcoal (not really many, but they are all unique).

How to install?

extract the content of the .zip file inside plugins/ItemsAdder/contents
use the command /iazip
use the command /iareload (optionally)
(upload the pack on dropbox if you're using dropbox and update the config.yml url, then use /iareload to reload the config.yml)
use the command /iatexture (from the game)
finished, open the menu /ia or use /iaget and press tab
