This plugin generates enchanted feathers with the name of whoever uses the /autographs command, this feature can be used for such things as staff autographs and can be given out by choice of the staff member or can be used for whatever you may like to do with it.

After downloading the plugin, place the .jar file into your Minecraft server plugins and restart then once restarted your good to go!
