AllayProtector
Protect the allays of your world.

After almost losing an allay, I decided to protect them.

This adds 3 options that apply for each allay.
- Invulnerable: Make all allays invulnerable
- removeWhenFarAway: Ensure that allays do not despawn
- followRange: Set the followrange of all allays

No permissions are used. Simply edit the config file to your liking.
