This is the English description, the German comes after that.
First of all, my English is not very good, so sorry me for that.
English description:
This is an exp bottles plugin. By commands, only by commands, exp can be put into bottles and fetched. The vanilla exp bottle throwing can be disabled, but otherwise there is no intervention in there.
Deutsche Beschreibung:
Dies ist ein Expflaschen Plugin. Durch Befehle, nur durch Befehle, lassen sich Exp in Flaschen stecken und holen. Das Vanilla Expflaschen werfen kann unterbunden werden, aber sonst wird nicht dort drin eingegriffen.
-) Features (-
- Infocommand to see, how much the player has exp at the moment and how much a expbottle can hold/give exp.
- A calculation command to see, how much bottle are needed to gain oder fill x amount of levels.
- Fill and use command for the expbottles.

- Drag an Drop
- Server Restart
- Server and Language set
- Server Restart

Here is the Wiki + Introduction and all other important stuff.

- [SoftDepend] InterfaceHub
- [SoftDepend] RootAdministration, or a IFH Administration Plugin
Depend = Must have!
SoftDepend = Can be done, does not have to be.
