permission: bp.admin: use

/setflying <username> <OPTIONAL: on | off>
permission: bp.setflying: use

/bpevent <event> <boolean>
permission bp.event: use
toggle specific events on or off

Events list:

1. Listen to PlayerKickEvent and get disconnect reason. Usefull to see if your player got kicked or disconnected during an event.
