[SU] Disenchanter Update -----

Allows you to take any enchantment off any item

This plugin was inspired by one of my other old plugins and somebody told me to make it like the old "Scribe" plugin well I sorta did as Its inside an anvil.. Anyways I provided the source code so you guys can add what you want to this I'm just putting this out there as a base for people to use or learn from. If I run out of ideas I'll probably update this to require a feature to hide enchantments but that would take a lot of time rn anyways enjoy
