Add different stats to your tools

This is a plugin that adds 2 different items that can add 2 different stats to your tools/weapons these stats are

"Souls: 0" - Mob kills
"Mined: 0" - Mined Blocks

I created this plugin as a way of expanding my knowledge so that being said I added the Source Code for anyone who wants to take this and do whatever with it, oh and probably wont update this..... Enjoy some pictures:
