With exile™ you can lock up players in the nether and now also the end! with no chance to escape from there and let them DIE!

how to use: use the /exile <player> end/nether command to teleport the player to the nether or end!, and clear their inventory, this also will make impossible to exiled player to use nether portals or end gateways, if you feel bad for your decision use /forgive <player>
permissions are Exile.exile and Exile.forgive
