Today everybody has a Discord-Server and a good way connect the Minecraft-Server to the Discord one, is to use MineDiscord and send Join, Leave, Death, Advancements and Chat-Messages with a Webhook to the Discord-Server.

Design:




Commands:
/dcwebhook -> show the state (enabled/disabled)
/dcwebhook <enable/disable> -> enables or disables the sending of messages


Config.yml:
First you will need to add the Webhook URL.
Then you can enable or disable each message type using true/false.


Installation:
Download the .jar file, drag it into your plugins folder(at a hosting service there will probably be an online interface for this).
Now restart or reload your server.
